Short Story of the Film with Climax:
Ashok
(Shammi Kapoor) is a struggling man who dreams of helping his three orphaned
sisters get married into good homes. A man of heart, but broke financially, he
takes up a job to pretend to be a rich man’s son and woo a spoiled heiress Asha
(Babita), hoping to reform her behavior as part of a plan.
As
Ashok enters her life, he begins changing Asha’s arrogant attitude and
eventually, she falls in love with him. But Ashok hides his true identity,
fearing rejection and the loss of opportunity to help his sisters.
Meanwhile,
a conspiracy unfolds as Mahesh Chand (Pran), the villain, tries to trap Asha
for her wealth. As truths get revealed, Ashok is heartbroken and Asha feels
betrayed.
